Who We Are

Bringing our strengths together for the American Dream

As a first-generation American, born and raised in Colorado, Rosa has always been aware of the sacrifices and determination that brought her here. Her grandparents made the courageous decision to leave their homeland with one goal in mind: to provide endless opportunities to their family in a nation where possibilities know no bounds. Their arrival was not just a physical relocation; it was a profound step towards achieving the American Dream.

As an early childhood educator with 10 years of experience, Rosa’s passion was in painting, she helped children create art pieces for their families, and painted mermaid scenes and cherry blossom trees on classroom walls.

With over 10 years in the striping industry, Tomas’ passion for pavement marking extends beyond a mere job. His keen eye for detail and dedication have propelled him to a level where his work evoked admiration from his peers, superiors, and customers. Throughout the years, both coworkers and customers saw his approach to projects, and recognized the potential he possessed.

How could Rosa and Tomas bring their passion for painting together? From the canvas of classroom walls, Rosa turned to a new canvas, a predominantly male-dominated field – pavement marking. Together, Rosa and Tomas understand that striping is not just about applying paint on roads and surfaces; it is an art form that requires precision and meticulous attention to detail.

Fueled by the encouragement and support from those around them and aspired to break down gender barriers, Rosa and Tomas were determined to make their grandparents and parents proud, to prove that their sacrifices and tireless efforts were not in vain. Rosa and Tomas embarked on a journey to establish their own business, to transform the American Dream into their personal reality– and thus, NAVAR Striping was established in April 2020.
